Our production facility for your project

The premises of Bücker Joinery span 3,000m², divided into office spaces, showrooms, and an extensive, modernised production facility. Our primary focus in production is on optimising work processes through the use of new technologies, while consistently ensuring the highest quality standards through continuous quality control to meet the elevated demands of our customers.

Our production process is shaped from the very beginning by the choice of materials. Whether it’s conventional chipboard, real wood veneer, or solid wood, each material requires different processing steps and machinery. These steps vary in terms of cutting, edge processing, and surface treatment. Thanks to our modern machinery, we can carry out all production processes efficiently. This allows us to ensure that your furniture is installed in your home, practice, or store as quickly as possible.

Energy efficiency and CO2 reduction

Resource conservation is essential!

Bücker Joinery stands for modern, professional, and bespoke carpentry. With these core values, we are committed to preserving natural resources. This protection begins with our timber suppliers. We ensure that the wood we process is certified with FSC or PEFC marks.

Through our photovoltaic system, we generate 40% of our daily electricity consumption ourselves, which helps us save up to 20 tons of CO2 per year. Additionally, with the introduction of a new horizontal panel saw and an associated optimisation program, we are able to minimise waste and reduce unused panel material. This further allows us to save an additional 32 tons of CO2 per year compared to our machine setup just a few years ago.

Furthermore, our 5-axis machining centre, with a length of approximately 5 meters, allows for double processing, meaning two elements can be machined in parallel. This results in shorter machine running times and twice the production speed.

We are also proud to announce that we have successfully transitioned from halogen lighting to LED across the entire company, further enhancing our commitment to energy efficiency.

Further steps towards the resource-saving and energy-efficient transformation of our production are already in the pipeline, such as the upgrading of our painting line.
